ORDER NOTES:
Self-Serve option – $350 Food Minimum: After you have chosen your menu, we can deliver it to you at the office, at home, or wherever you are holding your event. That includes complete setup.
Professional Service Staff – $750 Food Minimum: At this service level, we will deliver your items, set up, and serve them buffet style for you and your guests. We will clean up the service area after your event.
Custom On-Site Barbecues – $750 Food Minimum: Our Full-Service Barbecue option includes Grill Chefs, Serving Staff, Grills, Serving Equipment, Tables, Table Covers, and Warming Units. Serving time is normally 2 hours. For 100 or fewer guests, serving time is 1 hour.
